Pure KY Maple Syrup produced in small batches at Blues End Farm. 
Each bottle comes labeled with its batch number for the season. Each batch tastes different based on when it was produced in the season, the sugar content of the sap, and the cook time. 
 
Let us know if you would like a lighter or darker syrup and we will try to accomodate preference based on availability.
